No Returns or Exchanges All purchases are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, fragrance preference, or allergic reactions. We strongly encourage customers to research our products thoroughly before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Thehouseof.alasadrais@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as they are processed immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages THE HOUSE OF AL ASAD RAIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
