Domestic Shipping (US Only) THE HOUSE OF AL ASAD RAIS currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Thehouseof.alasadrais@gmail.com with photos. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. THE HOUSE OF AL ASAD RAIS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
